Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages
Maptrove.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at map[email protected] so that we can help rectify the situation.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until we determine best course of action.

Maptrove.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Excluded Return Items
Any personalized or custom map products cannot be returned as they are not resellable. NOAA Charts are also non-returnable as these are regularly updated and cannot be resold.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If required, we can provide you with a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
